Each project must hire at least 90% locals.All projects must have a 100-year lifespan.All projects must employ recyclable materials.No work or place of business shall use child or animal labor.Equal opportunities and wages are provided for all initiatives.Every endeavor must have a minimal impact on the environment.Every project has to adhere to legal health and safety requirements.All projects include access to medical emergency response services.For working mothers and fathers, all initiatives offer free preschool and daycare.
