What is SIFA? The Family Foundation Within SAEEP

SIFA (Social Impact Financial Assistance) represents the core family support mandate of the Social Assistance & Economic Empowerment Program (SAEEP). It is designed for parents and guardians with children under 18, ensuring the holistic well-being of the entire family unit.

It’s more than just housing — SIFA provides complete support, ensuring the economic and social well-being of children and their families.

With SIFA, every child is guaranteed:

Solving the Critical Challenge of Childcare

SIFA solves this. In alignment with the JMDICT Corporate Charter (JMD-ESG/001), every development under our mandate includes:

“Free on-site preschool and daycare programs to support working parents, recognizing caregiving responsibilities as a social and economic priority.”
