Under the Social Assistance & Economic Empowerment Program (SAEEP), JMDICT launches the Home Preservation Program to ensure that financial hardship never forces a family to live in an unsafe or deteriorating environment.

This initiative provides critical repairs and modifications, allowing families, seniors, and persons with disabilities to remain securely in their homes and communities.

How We Preserve Homes & Protect Families

The SAEEP Home Preservation Program provides direct support for essential repairs, including:

– 🛠️ Critical Structural Repairs: Fixing leaking roofs, faulty wiring, broken windows, and plumbing failures.

– ♿ Safety & Accessibility Modifications: Installing wheelchair ramps, grab bars, stairlifts, and walk-in showers to prevent falls and promote independence.

– 🌡️ Weatherization & Efficiency: Sealing drafts, adding insulation, and repairing heating/cooling systems to improve health and reduce energy costs.

– 🔧 Major Appliance Replacement: Providing essential appliances like water heaters, furnaces, and stoves when safety is a concern.
